Constituida por Heinz Anstoetz en 1979 en memoria de su padre, esta fundación sin ánimo de lucro ayuda a personas en riesgo de exclusión social en países en
El corazón de la fundación es la «Escuela Jeevan Jyoti» en la ciudad india de Benarés. Con el paso de los años, la Fundación ha construido en este lugar un gran complejo formado por varias escuelas, entre ellas un internado para cerca de 200 niñas con discapacidad visual que carecían de perspectivas de futuro en sus propias familias. Otra es una escuela para niñas y niños con discapacidad múltiple y una escuela de día de educación básica para 530 niños a la que también acuden 30 niños con discapacidad visual en el marco de un programa de educación inclusiva.
La fundación también apoya otros muchos proyectos, como albergues, escuelas y un hospital infantil en la diócesis de Tezpur en el norte de la India. También se ha erigido en esta región un asentamiento con alrededor de 70 viviendas unifamiliares destinadas a ofrecer un nuevo hogar a familias numerosas sin recursos.

DKMS bone marrow donor file
A stem cell donation can save the life of a person suffering from leukemia if a suitable donor is found in good time. Numerous JAB ANSTOETZ employees have registered in the German bone marrow donor file.
Lichtblicke campaign
As part of this campaign, the JAB ANSTOETZ Group supports children, adolescents and families in North Rhine-Westphalia who are experiencing material, financial or emotional difficulties. The campaign was launched by the country‘s 45 local radio stations, Caritas and diaconal associations and generates millions in donations each year.

„This is BODEN handicraft“ –
The initiative "This is Floor Craftsmanship" is a collaboration of several flooring trade companies. Its goal is to present the professions of floor laying craftsmanship in a more appealing way and to recruit apprentices and interns for businesses across Germany in the coming years.
Bielefelder Kunstverein –
as a place for the presentation and discussion of contemporary art and its relation to current life and thinking. The art association contributes significantly to Bielefeld‘s profile as a city of culture. Founded in 1929 from a citizens‘ initiative by art lovers, the association celebrated its 90th anniversary with free admission to all exhibitions and events.
Bielefeld Community Foundation –
as an alliance for civil society engagement. ‘Through our Gold Sponsorship, we support various projects run by the Bielefeld Community Foundation, including the tree-planting campaign ‘Our Tree for Bielefeld’ and the annual Advent calendar, the proceeds of which go towards children’s and youth cultural projects.’
