Five layers for optimum sound insulation

The top layers

Changeable and unique: 11 fabric qualities in over 400 colors are available as standard for the decorative outer layers (1 and 5). On request, they can be made up using other fabrics from the JAB ANSTOETZ Group. An attractive feature is the option of designing a GUARD with different outer layers. The outer layers are sewn together all the way round and can be detached using the zipper on the top edge.

The acoustic core

The heart of the system. With 16 decibels of sound insulation, the acoustic core is largely responsible for the effect of the Acoustic GUARD. Depending on the outer layers, the sound level can be reduced by up to 19 decibels. The acoustic core consists of two layers of heavy cotton fabric (2 and 4) and a special foil (3), which are only mechanically bonded. To avoid sound bridges, the three layers are always processed in an upright position. The sound-absorbing cotton layers are finished with a design edge at the bottom.

Drapery

A unique advantage of the Acoustic GUARD is its even drape. The wave pleat gives the powerful curtain more than just elegance. This detail also makes GUARD ideal for room concepts with the highest decorative requirements.

Griffflächen

Langlebigkeit trifft Ästhetik: Die Griffflächen in Echt- oder Kunstleder sorgen für eine angenehme Handhabung. Zugleich wird das Material beim Auf- und Zuziehen geschont. Die Griffe sind in runder und eckiger Ausführung sowie in drei Standardfarben erhältlich. Sonderfarben und -formen sind auf Anfrage möglich.
